Tortuga Bay, Punta Cana - Our Review
Our Rating:
Recently added to the Conde Naste hot list of hotels, Tortuga Bay is Puntacana's newest Boutique retreat offering ultimate sophistication and exclusive seclusion. Now into its second year of operations the resort is making a name for itself in celebrity circles and recently hosted Charlize Theron's mothers wedding.
15 luxury villas house 50 ocean front suites decorated by Oscar de la Renta in a colonial style that is easy on the eye; think white linens and dark wood furniture, high ceilings and French window shutters which open onto a stunning, private 3 mile beach.
Everything at Tortuga Bay is geared towards privacy and intimacy with very little interruption from the outside world. A VIP service will whisk you from the airport to this exquisite hideaway by private limo where you can opt to be served hand and foot by your very own butler. With 7am - 11pm in room dining service, plasma TV's, DVD players, and exquisite four poster beds, its hard to find an excuse to leave, however if the sound of silence becomes deafening you can always opt to avail yourself of the amenities at the Puntacana Resort.
Make no mistake, this is the ultimate escape from it all.
