I found this adorable dress at Davids Bridal - only $399 and totally suits my beach wedding....it has a cross over back and is light enough for the weather (getting wed on Aug 25th so its going to be hot).

What is everyone else wearing? would be interested to see some ideas for hair peices, am undecided on wether to wear a veil or just have fresh flowers - will they wilt in the sun?

thankx.

The more I plan the more I worry. Everything will go well. If you worry about wilting use silk. My bridesmaids are wearing skirts and tops. I saw some on the David's Bridal site I like.

we're not having any bridesmaids, just one flower girl and I got a really cheap, but gorgeous, princess dress from david's bridal for her, for only $50, so was really pleased with that.

i know what you mean about worrying...but i'm also sure that everything will be fine on the day...

I totally bought that dress. I loved it!!! But, upon trying it on again I realized I looked like a porn star. It's not great for larger boobs.

Enjoy the dress, it's beautiful!

I hear ya on the whole big boob thing! I haven't started dress shopping myself yet, but I have been bra/bathing suit/clothing shopping for years and it isn't easy! I hope it isn't too hard to find a "beachy" dress that doesn't make me and my DD's look like a Playmate! Ha, ha! It's hard - I'm 5'6'', a size 8, but a 38DD. That one is a gorgeous dress . . . that me and mine would fall out of!

This is a very beautiful dress. I have a small chest area, so would it be easy to take it in up there?

That is the dress that I fell in love with, however once I put it on it totally did not suit me. I too felt like a porn star. I never thought of myself having big boobs but that dress definitely showed them off. My sister took one look at me and said "where did you get those". I wish i could have worn it but it just didn't look right. I found another from davids bridal as well as my bridesmaid dresses (picture below but in green). I just love it too, it definitely suits me... and hehe I was a smaller size, I have always heard that in wedding dresses you have to go up a couple of sizes.
