| My husband and I were married in Negril, Jamaica on April 30, 2008. I just received our marriage certificate and am starting the process of changing my last name. But... I am not sure what I need to do to make the marriage valid in California. The Social Security Administration will know I'm married, but how does my husbands status get changed? Has anyone dealt with this in California? I could use the help! Thanks! |
