Help - where to start!?

Hi all -

My fiance and I haven;t set a date yet, but definitely want to tie the knot next year - somewhere tropical! Preferrably on a beach, and one that is not too touristy (we don't want a conveyor-belt wedding!). Maybe I'm asking too much, but just wondering if anyone can recommend a good destination. We are both well travelled but have never been to the caribbean, and I was thinking the Cayman Islands might be nice. We are pretty flexible about the time we go, so that isn't a problem. The only thing we really need to consider is that we have a toddler and a baby (yes i know, we've done things backwards!) so it would need to a child-friendly resort. I have no idea where to start as it seems there are sooooo many beauiful islands out there - how do we choose???
