| My fiance and I are hoping to get married in La Romana , Domincan Republic in April 2006....anyone know of a great resort in that area - any advice would be greatly appreciated!! |

Congratulations! I'm not sure what your budget is, but Casa de Campo is a gorgeous resort and they offer different wedding packages- everything from casual, low key to classic and elegant. (They are on the expensive side for a destination wedding.)
If they are out of your price range, try Wyndham resorts. They have two hotels in La Romana- Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach, and Viva Wynd. Dom. Palace. (The Beach is more of a party scene, Palace a little more low key.)

| The first post was right Casa de Campo is beautiful it is the cream de la cream of all the resorts in la Romana but if you are on a budget you can try Iberostar Hacienda which is wonderful or Dreams which is a new resort. |
