Howdy. I'm notabride and I am not a bride. But as the boyfriend I have, in the past, been responsible for all travel arrangements for the bride and myself and it seeems that I will also be responsible for the bulk of the wedding planning as well.

So here I am

We would like to do a beach wedding in the winter of 2010-2011 (january '11 most likely).

The only criteria are that it is held in a place neither of us have been before. That leaves out Cancun, Cozumel, Cabo, USVI, BVI..but leaves open a big bulk of everything else.

I have thought about Belize to give some of the guests options both on land and on sea. But we are definately open to ideas. I'll be searching around the site a good bit.

It'll be a smallish affair. Us two, 4 parents, and probably no more than 12-20 more.

I want ideally a 4-star+ for us but would like nearby less expensive options for guests.
