Go to your nearest travel agent. They'll be able to help you figure out what island would suit your needs/wants best and they'll be able to give you several suggestions and ideas for your trip and wedding.
This was how we got our "ball" rolling for our wedding. We had to book our wedding date and time 1 year in advance, so don't hesitate too long if you're planning on getting married in the near future.
