Hello,
My fiance and I have finally decided that we'd like to elope, have a small destination wedding sometime this winter (December 30th, tentatively). We're thinking Bahamas or Jamaica, but would be open to any suggestions. Somewhere hot! I have always found that personal references from people who have actually been to these places are the most reliable.
Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated.

Hi there,
Being from Trinidad and having traveled to many beaches around the world, I find myself still preferring Tobago because of its size and simplicity. However, St. Lucia and Jamaica are also very beautiful.
Investigate though - these are just a couple suggestions. Coco Reef Tobago is supposed to be excellent in terms of service. St. Lucia and Jamaica have Sandals which is all inclusive so there are no surprises. They also do weddings on the beach and Sandals for free if you stay a certain number of nights - that might be perfect for you guys. Looks romantic and you get it decorated beautifully! I would do it if I wasn't having a big wedding.
You get a wedding and honeymoon in one vacation! |
