Scott Gunnells’ love and passion for wedding photography began many years ago shooting weddings on the east coast. He continually sought after fresh and innovative perspectives in capturing wedding images, and while in Southern California, established his full time wedding photography business in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills where he became known for his unobtrusive photojournalism, combined with a relaxed and comfortable shooting style. After being commissioned for numerous weddings back in the New York and New Jersey areas within the last several years, he returns to his current home base in New York, although continues to shoot on both coasts as well as destination weddings abroad.

His photographic approach strives to create a visual display of character, emotion, beauty and storytelling. His work has been seen in numerous publications and his success is reflected by the true joy and love of what he does, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.
