Villa Flying Cloud is a pleasant, comfortable vacation retreat providing three spacious bedrooms, and one loft bedroom, located within the prestigious Orchid Bay Estates community near Cabrera, Dominican Republic. This is truly a one-of-a-kind, luxury, Caribbean, vacation villa. Located in the breathtakingly beautiful Orchid Bay community, the villa offers the promise of a truly exceptional vacation stay. Sited about than 150 yards from the sea, wraparound verandas on two floors provide stunning 360-degree views of both the ocean and the lush forested hills. A staff of three will provide guests with a trouble free stay. Villa amenities include three bedrooms, a loft, three baths, a pool, and over 6000 square feet of sheltered living space. Orchid Bay Estates, of which Flying Cloud is a part of, consists of a small community of homes and rental villas stretching along about one mile of pristine oceanfront just south east of the town of Cabrera in the Dominican Republic. Guests have access to two lovely beaches about one minute walk away.

The villa is of the Caribbean Victorian style and was completed in April of 2005. The villa consists of two main floors. Both floors are fully surrounded by verandas four-meters deep. All floors are covered with either Italian tile or caliche (cut coral). The woodwork is all custom fitted mahogany. The first floor consists of a living room and attached dining area.

On this floor is also an enclosed entertainment center with a TV and DVD player with a complete movie library. A large, well-equipped, gourmet kitchen is at one end of this floor. The opposing end has a comfortable suite with a mahogany king-sized bed and attached bathroom. The second floor consists of two very large master suites, both with king-size mahogany canopy beds. Each room has its own bathroom. Each bedroom has three large four panel doors opening onto the veranda on three sides. Centered between the two suites is a central salon or common room area.

This salon also opens onto the veranda where there is an extended area for dining or entertaining. Above and behind the central salon, accessible via a steep stairway, is a loft area also equipped with a king-sized bed.

The villa has its own large, private below ground pool surrounded with a coralina deck. The coralina will stay cool even under bright sunlight. Attached to the main pool is a small, semicircular jet pool with mini waterfall. Back areas of the property contain the flower gardens and the separate garage with utility and generator rooms.
